Eddystone Farm Joint Venture is looking for a self-motivated, reliable, organized, and flexible employee who has effective communication, time management, and problem-solving skills to join our growing team dedicated to the production of feed crops.

We are located in the Parkland region of Manitoba with very close proximity to many beautiful lakes, national parks, and urban centers.

There are many activities to do whether indoors or outdoors, special attractions nearby, opportunities to see many different wildlife, and a wonderful sense of community.

Duties will include (but are not limited to) - Assist with crop rotation planning and gross margin analysis of field crops, seeding plan development, and land development planning activities, oversee and aid the grain team to ensure timely execution of seeding and harvest operations, operate and maintain heavy equipment for crop and land development operations.

Experience with grain operations and machinery is a requirement.

Housing can be provided.

Benefits package after 3 month probationary period.

Minimum class 5 driver license required. Criminal record check will be required if hired.
