About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant to join our Farm Management Consulting team. As a trusted advisor, you will provide comprehensive analysis and strategic guidance to empower clients to achieve optimal business performance and build a sustainable competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Propose, plan, and deliver consulting engagements across various sectors, including private, public, not-for-profit, and Indigenous organizations.
  • Execute business planning, feasibility studies, strategic planning, operational planning, program review, and financial analysis.
  • Develop project plans, coordinate project logistics, and conduct detailed research and data collection.
  • Perform in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis, and provide meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
  • Identify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients and ensure needs are met and relationships grow.
  • Design and develop high-quality deliverables, including proposals, engagement letters, reports, presentations, and other correspondence.
  • Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the preparation and delivery of competitive proposals.
  • Work collaboratively with the client engagement team and maintain flexibility to travel as necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, economics, or a related field.
  • CMC, PMP, Lean, or other related certifications are considered an asset.
  • 2-3 years of consulting experience, ideally in a client-service environment.
  • Experience in business and practice development is considered an asset.
  • Experience in project management is considered an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
