Working alongside a dedicated and dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role as a key business partner, contributing to areas such as month-end preparations, assisting with internal and external reporting, and overseeing team management.   • Review the work of the Accountant, Payroll and Benefit Administrator, Finance Clerk, and Data Analyst.
  • Review all ledger reports in the accounting system regularly to ensure data accuracy, such as proper posting of invoices and staff expense claims, correct allocation of employees' payroll costs, and accurate sharing of staff costs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate closure of the accounting month-end.
  • Ensure precise and punctual internal and external reporting.
  • Regularly review funding agreements to ensure all revenues are received as per schedules and accurately recorded.
  • Ensure timely invoicing to funders according to the grant agreement deadlines.
  • Perform reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
  • Provide training and guidance to the Accountant, Payroll and Benefit Administrator, Finance Clerk, and Data Analyst.
  • Address inquiries from program managers.
