The Senior HRIS Analyst plays a key role in supporting the global design and management of our primary HR system of record. This individual will collaborate with HR on strategy and offer forward-thinking system solutions, placing a strong emphasis on enhancing automation, self-service functionalities, employee experience, and data accuracy.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with designated HR Centers of Excellence to steer the HRIS roadmap
  • Actively participate in the technology community to grasp and implement top practices and major HR trends
  • Stay informed on all Oracle Release updates and participate in Oracle product webinars to enhance understanding of new features that can enhance the existing Oracle System
  • Work closely with and deliver exceptional service to internal stakeholders
  • Act as a liaison with support team members on processes, workflows, and training activities
  • Utilize data for informed decision-making and to address root issues
  • Configure and assess various system solutions to effectively meet the organization's requirements while leveraging technology to boost efficiency, accuracy, and client-centric approach
  • Create reports and dashboards based on customer strategies, objectives, and needs
  • Assist with other HR initiatives as delegated
Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in HRIS system administration, including recent exposure to Oracle HCM and/or HR Service Delivery Product with ServiceNow
  • Self-motivated individual who finds fulfillment in ensuring HR partners and employees have access to top-notch tools, processes, and user experiences
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail
  • Solid grasp of HR principles, practices, and procedures
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels; capacity to lead through influence
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Capable of working on a hybrid schedule in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in HR systems
  • Experience managing complex global projects
