The Senior HRIS Analyst plays a key role in managing and enhancing our primary HR system. This position involves partnering with HR to develop strategies and implementing proactive system solutions focused on enhancing automation, self-service capabilities, employee experience, and data accuracy.

Responsibilities:
  • Partners with HR Centers of Excellence to shape HRIS roadmap
  • Engages with the tech community to adopt best practices and stay abreast of key HR trends
  • Stays updated on Oracle releases and product enhancements to optimize system utilization
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional services
  • Works closely with support roles on process improvements, workflows, and training
  • Utilizes data to drive informed decisions and address root causes
  • Configures and assesses system solutions to align with organizational needs and enhance efficiency and customer focus
  • Creates reports and dashboards based on strategic priorities, objectives, and requests
  • Supports other HR initiatives as assigned
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of HRIS system administration experience, including recent Oracle HCM and/or HR Service Delivery Product exposure
  • Self-motivated individual dedicated to providing HR partners and employees with top-notch tools, processes, and user experiences
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
  • Thorough understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels, with influence management capabilities
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Capable of working a hybrid schedule in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of HR systems experience
  • Experience in managing global projects
