Job Description: An exciting opportunity awaits you to join the HRIS team at IKO Industries Ltd. as a Senior Workday Systems Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in establishing a Center of Excellence (COE) to support our ongoing Workday initiatives. Currently, we are utilizing various Workday HR modules, such as HCM, Benefits, and Recruitment, with plans to expand into additional areas in the future.
Position Overview:

Requirements for the Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 2+ years of Workday configuration experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of HR systems and Workday functionalities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments
- Experience with Workday implementation is a plus
