Position Overview: The Junior IT Service Technician will be responsible for providing in-house and remote technical support. This role includes handling basic help desk tasks as well as addressing more advanced network and server-level issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in IT, a passion for problem-solving, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, remote and in-person.

  • Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in IT support roles.
  • Strong understanding of Windows and Mac OS environments.
  • Basic knowledge of networking principles and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with server administration is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
