Avenir IT Inc. is currently looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team
The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing a relationship with our clients based on trust, ethics and reliable service. The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring 100% client satisfaction and retention. Build customer loyalty and provide IT technical solutions, drive sales and develop new strategic partnerships for growth.
They are to develop customer retention strategies by consistently illustrating value proposition in conjunction with evolving customer needs. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving account requests and issues, listening with empathy and escalating incidents when considered appropriate and necessary to maintain SLA expectations. The Account Manager is responsible for performing a quarterly technology review with their clients. Building trust is paramount in this role, listening to the customer and suggesting long term strategies to leverage their business through technology.
To be successful in this role, you must have an understanding of IT infrastructure solutions and technology trends. Must be self-motivated, confident, with excellent oral communication abilities; a high comfort level with approaching, educating, and sharing knowledge with customers. Professional appearance and friendly, approachable demeanour are keys to maintain Avenir IT’s brand and continued success.

**Ideal Job Qualifications**
- 2+ years in sales
- 2+ Years in customer service.
- College diploma or university degree, an asset.
- Background in B2B sales.
- Experience creating presentations and compiling reports for clients.
- Experience in building quotes and sales orders.
- Expert communication skills. Written and verbal.
- Project management experience, a definite asset.
- Business acumen. Seeing past sales to assist clients grow their business within their budget and environment.
