We currently require a Dynamic, Smart and Results oriented individual for our
Accounts Payable Clerk (Sites) position located Remotely.

We are a national provider of workplace medical testing and assessments based in Ayr, Ontario. We have Occupational Health Clinics in Kitchener, Sarnia, Mississauga, Calgary, Nisku, Edmonton and Fort McMurray.

Dedication to customer satisfaction, fast and accurate turnaround of test results, flexibility, persistence and accountability are of the utmost importance.


The primary focus of the Accounts Payable Clerk is to ensure invoices are paid on time and that there are not overpayments made for any service.

This position is responsible for working in conjunction with the Accounting Department leadership team as well as other members of the Accounting Department team.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

  • Department Specific Functions_
  • Manage invoices for multiple vendors on a daily basis;
  • Reconcile all charges on vendor invoices to e2 testing database;
  • Enter manual charges to e2 testing database from vendor invoices and mobile testing forms;
  • Code expenses to correct charge account;
  • Post invoices in to Accounting Software for payment;
  • Maintain vendor files;
  • Coordinate with Vendors on invoicing and payment discrepancies;
  • Participate in weekly and monthly department meetings;
  • Work to improve processes in this role;
  • Perform other duties that are needed to support the accounting department;
  • Perform other projects and tasks as assigned
  • Operational Functions_
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office programs;
  • Utilizes computerized financial/accounting software programs to perform duties and responsibilities;
  • Conceptual thinker with exceptional analytical skills, able to identify challenges and develop a critical path to solve problems;

What you need to be successful in the role:

  • High school diploma
  • College Diploma or certificate in Accounting or related field is an asset
  • 1+ years Accounts Payable experience
  • Excellent customer service & communication skills while maintaining quality
  • Detail oriented with accuracy
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment with constant changing priorities
