Relevant du Chef, Marketing Numérique, le **Coordinateur, Marketing Numérique** **(remplacement du congé de maternité) **est chargé de soutenir, d'élever et de faire évoluer la notoriété de la marque, la considération et la conversion des marques, des services, des magasins de détail et du cybercommerce du groupe Birks. Le Coordinateur, Marketing Numérique est audacieux, s'épanouit dans un environnement en constante évolution et se tient au courant des tendances en matière de marketing numérique. Il est responsable de la communication entre l'équipe marketing et l'équipe de conception ainsi qu'avec les partenaires externes afin de terminer les projets de manière optimale. Le Coordinateur est également responsable de la gestion de la base de données des courriels pour le contenu et la stratégie.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Assurer la liaison et la communication entre les équipes de marketing numérique et de conception, ainsi qu'avec les agences et partenaires externes.
- Faire preuve d'excellence en matière de gestion de projet en utilisant un outil de gestion de projet (Asana) pour assigner des tâches et des échéances et faciliter une communication claire.
- Créer des briefings de conception complets et ponctuels pour les projets de marketing numérique ; innover et mettre à jour le processus de briefing pour atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise, le cas échéant.
- Superviser la réalisation des projets pour s'assurer que les actifs sont conformes à la marque, répondent aux besoins de l'entreprise et respectent les délais.
- Créer le calendrier des infolettres électroniques pour promouvoir les produits, les événements et les initiatives de la marque, conformément au calendrier marketing annuel.
- Optimiser les listes de diffusion : développer des segments d'audience, des listes de ciblage et des messages clés basés sur les parcours des clients et les objectifs de l'entreprise.
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies d'acquisition de courriels et de conservation de la base de données.
- Recueillir et analyser les données de la base de données des courriels afin de poursuivre l'évolution des stratégies de distribution et de contenu.
- Produire des rapports mensuels sur le succès des campagnes numériques pertinentes en utilisant des outils d'analyse et en élaborant des critères de référence clairs.
- Maintenir des informations précises sur les magasins et les heures d'ouverture sur toutes les plateformes numériques à l'aide de l'outil de gestion des données Uberall, dans le cadre de la stratégie globale de communication numérique.
- Soutenir l'équipe marketing pour toute autre tâche importante.

**EDUCATION**

Diplôme universitaire en commerce, marketing ou équivalent.

**EXPERIENCE**
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en marketing numérique
- De l'expérience en rédaction pour des produits de luxe est un atout.
- De l'expérience dans le domaine de la vente au détail est un atout.

**COMPÉTENCES**
- Excellent sens de l'organisation et souci du détail.
- Analytique et stratégique avec les ICP (KPI) numériques et le suivi des performances.
- Capacité à collaborer avec des partenaires interfonctionnels.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de gestion de projets et capacité à gérer des priorités multiples et simultanées.
- Une bonne connaissance de MSOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Outlook) est requise.
- La maîtrise des logiciels de marketing et de gestion de projet, notamment Mailchimp, Microsoft D365, Uberall et Asana, est un atout.
- Bilingue - Maîtrise de la grammaire, de l'orthographe et de la ponctuation en anglais et en français.

**Responsibilities**
- Act as the key liaison and communicator between the digital marketing and the design teams as well as with external agencies and partners
- Demonstrate project management excellence through the use of a project management tool (Asana) to assign tasks, deadlines and facilitate clear communications
- Create comprehensive and timely design briefs for digital marketing projects; innovate and update the briefing process to fulfill business objectives when needed
- Oversee project delivery to ensure that assets are on-brand, fulfills business needs, and respect deadlines
- Mailing list optimization: develop audience segments, targeting lists, and key messaging based on customer journeys and on business objectives
- Produce monthly reports on success of relevant digital campaigns using analytics tools and developing clear benchmarks
- Maintain accurate store information and opening hours on all digital platforms using the Uberall data management tool, as a part of the overall digital communications strategy
- Support the marketing team with any other relevant tasks
