Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un coordonateur(trice) marketing digital afin de rejoindre notre équipe. Dans ce rôle, vous soutiendrez Stanpro, AimLite et les autres marques affiliées du Groupe Capital Ascot dans la mise en œuvre de tous les efforts et stratégies de marketing numérique. **Vos principales responsabilités seront**:

- Coordonner le contenu et gérer les publications et les commentaires sur toutes les plateformes des médias sociaux.
- Coordonner le contenu pour le site web de Stanpro et AimLite ainsi que pour des clients spécifiques, au besoin.
- Effectuer l’analyse et les mises à jour des sites web et s’assurer de leur bon fonctionnement général.
- Coordonner les demandes et mettre à jour les plateformes intranet de Stanpro et AimLite.
- Gérer toutes les demandes d'impression externes et internes (y compris la gestion du budget avec des fournisseurs).
- Coordonner la conception, la production, la livraison et l'entretien des présentoirs avec des fournisseurs et les équipes internes.
- Coordonner la traduction avec un fournisseur externe.
- Responsable de la production et de la gestion des stocks d'articles promotionnels des marques.
- Responsable de la planification des salons professionnels et de l'entretien des kiosques.
- Surveiller les dépenses des tâches assignées par rapport au budget et communiquer les préoccupations au besoin.
- Soutenir l'équipe dans toutes les tâches de marketing quotidiennes connexes, au besoin.
- S'assurer que toutes les tâches sont terminées dans les délais impartis et communiquées de manière proactive aux parties concernées.

**Compétences et qualifications requises**

**Compétences**:

- Ambitieux, motivé et capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets et à respecter les délais dans les temps
- Connaissance du marketing numérique et traditionnel, du marketing de contenu et des médias sociaux
- Solides compétences organisationnelles, souci du détail et apprentissage rapide
- Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles en mettant l'accent sur la rédaction pour le Web et les médias sociaux
- Capacité à collaborer avec divers intervenants internes et externes

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum de 1 an d'expérience dans un poste similaire
- Diplôme d'études collégiales, certificat ou baccalauréat en marketing ou communication
- Expérience avec les plateformes de médias sociaux, Wordpress, le CMS Web et les outils de marketing par courriel (atout)
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft (Outlook, Excel, Word et PowerPoint)
- Bilingue
