Your new companyOur client is a leading non-profit organization looking to hire Digital campaign & Reporting Specialist for a full-term permanent opportunity.Your new roleAct as first point-of-contact for digital consultations.Support digital campaign activities through the entire project cycle: strategy, planning, execution, and analysis.Support overall delivery of all digital activities within your portfolio: including project timelines, schedules, reports, coordination with external and internal teams, etc.Develop reports and provide data-driven recommendations to inform future strategies and plans.Optimize websites for search engines (SEO)Create and edit web content.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients.Work closely with content specialists and the Digital team to create and implement campaign content.Ensure visual identity and web development standards are respected in all digital marketing initiatives.Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share best-practices.Actively contribute to our culture of justice, belonging, equity, diversity, and inclusion by ensuring that all staff feel represented and heard regardless of their gender, age, religion, ethnicity, and nationality or race.Code, design, A/B test, and deploy email marketing campaigns.Other projects/duties as assigned.What you'll need to succeedMinimum 3-5 years of related experience in digital marketing or digital fundraising.University Degree BA or equivalent.Demonstrated expertise with: website CMS, e-mail marketing, social media, search engine optimization, html, and Google Analytics.Strong presentation skills and the ability to lead client / project meetings.Strong relationship-management skills and comfort communicating with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.Close attention to detail;
