Marketing - Canada - Full Time

**Job Summary**:
Execute Centric Software’s digital marketing strategy in NAM. This position reports to the Digital Marketing Manager on the Americas Field Marketing team.
A Digital Marketing Coordinator should have good working knowledge of the fundamentals of digital marketing and be able to take a strategy and build integrated digital campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:
Research and document competitive and market analysis to help coordinate multi-channel campaign frameworks.
Manage regional database and segment distribution lists.
Create and maintain campaign dashboards.
Pull weekly, monthly, and quarterly campaign report metrics in MarTech tool stack to analyze results, spot trends and make recommendations.
Coordination and maintenance of the digital marketing calendar.
Evaluate emerging digital techniques and strategies and provide thought leadership. Make recommendations for improvement and implement collaborative changes.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

**Qualifications**:
1-3 years’ experience working or interning in digital marketing with a B2B SaaS company
Demonstrated success in running digital marketing programs that drove conversions in multi-channel campaigns
Working experience with B2B marketing tactics using Pardot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Zoom
Working knowledge of analytic tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
SEO/SEM, Google AdWords and database segmentation
Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and teams
Strong project coordination & analytical skills. Data-driven thinking
Autonomous, self-motivated, proactive, eager to learn and not afraid of a challenge
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Self-motivated, detailed, and oriented, able to manage multiple projects and meet assigned deadlines and targets in a fast-paced environment
**Highly hands-on and a born-doer**: this is a DIY company
Strong desire to grow and enhance digital MarTech career growth
Advanced or Fluent English (Ability to communicate in Spanish or Portuguese a plus)
