Client Support and Onboarding Specialist

We are looking for an intensely motivated and passionate customer experience representative who will be responsible for helping our customers build and execute successful campaigns and generating revenue for our publisher clients.


Support:
Answer support emails
Monitor the automated support chat.
Relay information from support interactions to account managers to ensure proper follow up.
Help the team with accounting process
Help these new affiliates to get business development started
Gauge their earning potential before passing them off to account managers
Previous experience in customer support
Familiarity with online pricing models – CPM, CPC, CPA, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
Previous experience in client-facing digital media including, but not limited to, online advertising, media buying, affiliate marketing, or account management
