Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support to internal and external customers via telephone, email, chat, and self-service portal.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, software applications, and peripherals.
Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support or other relevant teams as necessary.
Document all customer interactions, including issue details and resolution steps, in the incident tracking system.
Follow established processes and procedures for incident management and service request fulfillment.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the knowledge base by documenting new solutions and best practices.
Participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities to stay current on technology trends and support processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the overall customer experience.
Adhere to security policies and protocols to protect sensitive customer data and company assets.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a help desk or service desk environment.

Fluent in both oral and written French language skills.
Possession of a Protected B or Reliability security clearance is required.

Ability to work flexible hours, including 1 evening shift (start time 2:00 pm to 9:59 pm) and 1 night shift (start time 10:00 pm to 4:59 am).


Employment Details

Salary:
$20.00HR - $24.65HR

Benefits: 40 hours weekly, Contract, Full-Time, Remote

Schedule:
Evening and Overnight Shifts available.
