The Role:

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Office Administrator / Receptionist, based out of our Technical Centre location

Responsibilities would include:

  • Answer telephones, greet and accommodate visitors
  • Sign for and notify employees when packages arrive. Prepare courier and customs documents and arrange courier for outgoing packages
  • Prepare efficiency and scrap reporting as well as Layer Process Audit
  • Obtain WSIB Insurance clearance for suppliers and upload
  • Has proven ability to deal well with the public, customers and suppliers
  • Has strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Has working knowledge of Excel and Word programs
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as organizational skills
