Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at SKYLIN NAILS AND BEAUTY. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate service area, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Administrative Tasks: Order office supplies, record and relay information, schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain accurate work records and logs.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide directory assistance to clients.
  • Financial Transactions: Receive and issue payments, and calculate billing charges accurately.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Will train, but previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

As a Receptionist at SKYLIN NAILS AND BEAUTY, you will work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. You will be required to work 40 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
