Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at 9929509 Canada Inc. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet clients and visitors, direct them to the appropriate contact or service area, and maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as maintaining accurate records and logs.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Construction company.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Team player with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
