We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at 9929509 Canada Inc.
Job Summary:The Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, meeting schedules, and other important documents.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
The Receptionist will work in a fast-paced office environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
