Our government client is looking for experienced Senior Human Resources Consultants to join their team. If you have a solid background in handling large-scale staffing processes and delivering strategic HR services in government environments, this might be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate completion of at least 10 staffing processes in the past 3 years, each with a minimum of 100 applicants, finished within eight weeks.
  • Manage high-volume staffing processes, handling at least 3 processes with 500 applicants each in the last 3 years.
  • Develop Information Management (IM) or Information Technology (IT) job descriptions for classification projects in government settings.
  • Conduct a minimum of five IM or IT staffing processes within an 8-week timeframe in the past 4 years.

Qualifications:

  • Recent experience of at least 1 year (in the last 4 years) in providing HR services, including developing or reviewing HR processes and strategies in government contexts.
  • Proficiency in using professional networking platforms (e.g., Recruiter) to attract and increase candidate applications for a minimum of three processes.
  • Experience in creating and implementing organizational charts within the past 4 years.
  • Familiarity with classification and IM or IT job descriptions in government settings.
  • Recent involvement (within the last 4 years) in completing HR staffing processes within eight weeks, overseeing the entire process from start to finish.
  • Experience in managing staffing processes with over 100 applicants, handling all phases of the process.

Language of Work: English and French

Contract Duration: 1 year + 3-year extension
