This is a 12-month contract. This role is hybrid, based out of our Mississauga, Ontario, Canada office 2-3 days per week

Do you have a passion and aptitude for driving long and short-term marketing activations and strategies? In this role we are looking for a motivated, self-starter who will help to craft and bring to life our customer strategies.

You will support these strategies using retailer Placements and Programs, in-store activations, trade shows, social media and other relevant mediums that will drive engagement and conversion.

You will also drive the strategy and execution of Test & Learn opportunities.

A day in the life of a Manager, CSM:

  • Develop Customer Strategic Vision to deliver Hasbro's goals and strategies and become the expert in three critical areas: Retailer understanding, Plan Execution, and Internal liaison between sales & brand marketing.
  • Plan execution includes but is not limited to coordinating and managing sample programs, signage, pallet programs, POP, instore events, correspondence with instore Retail Merchandising team and kitting.
  • Work closely with our retail partners and the sales team to implement marketing & promotional plans for omnichannel execution.
  • Develop and manage budgets.
  • Develop relationships and form strategic alliances with our Retail partners/partner licensors to drive the execution of major corporate initiatives (entertainment events, product launches, seasonal opportunities).
  • Analyze and stay up to date on consumer insights and shopper data. Summarize into key findings, opportunities and action items and present to senior management.
  • Partner with consumer products and third parties (licensees) to drive "one voice", cross category executions.
  • Partner with Account Manager to develop exclusive strategy and lead development meetings with Global and Canadian Marketing to ensure alignment to the corporate and regional strategy. Articulate the account strategies and go to market plans ensuring product development aligns with account needs.
  • Partner with manager to develop, measure and communicate results of pointofsale strategy, placement, and execution with all cross functional teams to drive future product development.
  • Analyze and update weekly program development and report on status for internal and external use.
  • Using Adobe Creative Suite, create/design graphics for signage, pallets as well as various brand and corporate needs.

What you'll bring:

  • Minimum of 2 years Marketing, Sales or related experience in consumerpackaged goods, entertainment, sports or similar industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Graphic design expertise in the full Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, having the ability to provide clear and concise information to external and internal partners and to influence effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret data to provide information to aid decisionmaking.
  • Motivated, selfstarter with ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time constraints and within budget parameters.
  • Strategic vision and depth in understanding how the consumer reacts to marketing vehicles.
