Job Description:
To fuel our expansion, drive market success, and achieve sustainability impact at scale, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager.
As part of our globalized and centralized Solutions and Customer Marketing team, you will report into the Rated Company Network Development Lead.
This is a new role within the company, and you will be expected to leverage your expertise in customer lifecycle marketing to help elevate and further professionalize this function within the organization.

In this role, you will focus on the post purchase stages of the customer journey to help deliver strategic programs and communications that increase engagement, adoption, renewal and upsell, and ultimately advocacy and lifetime value.
- Identifying and implementing best practices in nurture-based and account-based campaigns, including developing strategies for segmentation and personalization for key segments of our prospective customer base. You will identify ways to surface the right message to the right customer at the right time in the right channel.
- Continual review of campaign and content performance to meet or exceed team targets. This role is integral to the achievement of the network growth objectives for EcoVadis.
You will develop and test hypotheses, optimize tactics, and deliver new types of content to improve KPIs and drive network growth.
Your primary responsibilities include:
CUSTOMER DISCOVERY & ANALYTICS (25%)
- Conduct research and analysis to identify the issues and opportunities for key customer segments and personas, including competitive and market analyses.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaigns; use analytics and insights, including A/B testing, to optimize programming for improved engagement and conversion rates. Make recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness, and improve KPIs, and deliver a great customer experience resulting in greater customer value and business value
- Input to the development of key reports and dashboards required to track key business KPIs and incorporate analytics to new campaign/content development; socialize results with internal stakeholders.
CONTENT CREATION (25%)
- Contribute to developing the team's content roadmap with your understanding of priority segment drivers and strategic content needs
- As needed, manage content development to incorporate into campaigns with primary responsibility for developing and reviewing copy and design in accordance with best practices.
- Coordinate with other teams to plan content development for digital campaigns and customer journey touchpoints.
LEAD NURTURING & CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT (50%)
Work with cross-functional stakeholders to plan, design, build, test and scale campaigns and workflows for prospect customer journeys to improve conversion at the awareness, consideration, and decision stages:
- Identify and develop effective content for each campaign; working with design and web development teams to ensure design and layouts of content are optimized to be user and mobile-friendly.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Operations and IT/BI teams to define criteria to create cohorts, identify opportunities and take strategic risks
- Track behavior of prospects across the customer journey and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and increase brand affinity
- Coordinate with peers across the Marketing team to standardize and govern endtoend campaign processes, including intake, requirements gathering, production, quality assurance, and campaign calendar management.
Due to the steep growth of EcoVadis, you must be willing to turn your hand to other tasks depending on needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or masters degree in marketing, business or a related field
- Familiarity with systems like GA, Hubspot, Salesforce, Selligent, Lean Data, DemandBase, Pendo, and Tableau
- Familiarity with product led growth model
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced, global environment
- Solid experience working on content development and strong writing skills are a must
