Senior Director, People & Culture

The Human Resources Generalist holds a multifaceted role primarily focused on recruitment activities, while providing support in employee relations and general HR functions.

This pivotal position plays a crucial role in attracting top talent, managing the recruitment process, and cultivating positive employee relations at Netagen.


Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend staffing needs, create job descriptions, and devise recruitment strategies.

Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Build and uphold a strong talent pool of professionals for future opportunities.
HR Administration and Compliance
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating HRIS systems, and preparing reports.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects like performance management, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
  • Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures.

Training and Development
  • Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and organize employee development initiatives.

Assist in designing and delivering training programs on topics such as diversity awareness, conflict resolution, and performance management.

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
3-5 years of recruitment experience.
Proven experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the technology industry.
Experience in volume recruitment, potentially recruiting up to 5 or more positions concurrently.
Fluently bilingual in English and French, both written and oral.
Knowledge of legal and compliance issues related to recruitment.
Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
