Position Overview:


As a Site Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and organized operation of the construction site.

You will provide essential administrative support to the project team, helping to maintain a productive and safe work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic construction project.

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation:
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to the construction site.

Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to the project team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.

Permitting and Licensing:
Assist with obtaining necessary permits and licenses for construction activities.

Supplies and Inventory:
Manage and maintain an inventory of site supplies and equipment.

Communication:
Facilitate communication between on-site personnel and off-site teams.

Safety Compliance:
Assist in ensuring that safety regulations and procedures are followed on the site.

Data Entry:
Input and manage data related to site activities.

Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on site progress and activities.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
