Ramada by Wyndham Edmonton South hotel is a leading hotel in the heart of south Edmonton, dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences. We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch service and providing a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests and visitors.

Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with checkins/checkouts
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office area
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Other duties assigned by Supervisor or Manager

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software (experience with Opera PMS is preferred)
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
