Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly and professionally to their needs and requests.
  • Manage the front desk, lobby, and guest entrance to ensure a positive first impression for all guests.
  • Process check-ins, check-outs, and register transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Efficiently book guest reservations and provide information on hotel services and room locations.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals, departures, and in-house activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a front desk or hotel role is an asset.
  • Proficient in English and excellent communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in hotel management systems.

Working Conditions

This role may include dayshift, afternoon, or evening shifts, any day of the week or weekend, and occasional night audit shifts if needed. The position requires long periods of standing and may involve lifting and bending. There may be periods of independent work and brief periods of exposure to cold air due to the location of the front desk.
