About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Agent to join our team at Metterra Hotel on Whyte. As a key member of our Guest Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Welcome and check-in guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Reservation Management: Manage guest reservations, including room assignments and special requests.
  • Payment Processing: Process payments for hotel services, including room charges and incidentals.
  • Amenity and Service Recommendations: Share knowledge of hotel amenities and services, providing personalized recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
