Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Group Arrivals and Departures: Process group arrivals and departures, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made.
  • Room Reservations: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed.
  • Hotel Information: Provide information on hotel facilities and services to guests.
  • Local Information: Provide general information about points of interest in the area to guests.
  • Departure Processing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
Work Environment

As a Front Desk Agent, you will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to stand for extended periods. You will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to providing exceptional service to our guests.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
