Your Role Within the Team

  • As a Team Lead in our Environment Practice, you will.
  • Manage a group of 10+ environmental professional and technical staff while promoting collaboration across the TPO.
  • Provide senior level project management including technical program development, management of personnel and resources, tracking costs and managing budgets, implementing quality assurance reviews, and ensuring client objectives are met of projects of varying complexity involving soil, groundwater, surface water, sediment and/or soil vapor characterization and remedial system design and implementation, environmental compliance, designated substances, and hazardous materials.
  • Identify project quality/project profitability risks and liabilities and developing strategies to minimize them.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and grow and develop client relationships.

  • Is registered in Ontario as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng) or Professional Geoscientists (P. Geo).
  • Through education or experience have demonstrable knowledge and skills in relevant disciplines including geology, physical hydrogeology, chemical hydrogeology including aqueous chemistry/chemical fate and transport, occupational hygiene and health and safety systems.
  • Sound judgment and problemsolving ability.
  • Valid Ontario Driver's license.
