We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandising Team Lead to join our team at Team Aaa in Canada North East. As a key member of our retail merchandising team, you will be responsible for executing merchandising plans and ensuring that our products are displayed and stocked effectively in retail stores.
Key Responsibilities- Merchandising Execution: Implement merchandising plans and execute resets and relines to ensure that our products are displayed and stocked effectively in retail stores.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers and other key stakeholders to ensure that our products meet their needs and expectations.
- Reporting and Administration: Complete accurate and timely reporting, recaps, timesheets, and expense reports to ensure that our team is operating efficiently and effectively.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in retail merchandising and/or selling.
- Skills: Ability to complete daily procedures and responsibilities without direct supervision, good judgment, and respect for others.
This role requires the ability to spend 66%+ hours each work day doing physical activity, lifting and/or pushing up to 35 kgs, standing on feet for long periods of time, and may be required to work in extremely cold conditions (i.e. refrigerated and freezer sections). Additionally, this role requires travel and driving.
