Looking for:
Full Time Customer Service Representative

Duties:

  • Learn about our services inside and out to be able to answer any questions from customers
  • Learn to identify customers' concerns and desires to provide appropriate service
  • Keep a record of customers inquires using company software system
  • Book in services for our technicians

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • Great attitude, be positive and energetic
  • Excellent phone and computer skills
  • Speak English fluently
  • Mandarin or Cantonese are an asset

We provide:
- $20-$24 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
