Major Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors in a friendly, professional manner and direct them as required. Answer all incoming calls, screen, and direct where appropriate.
  • Administrative duties such as generating and distributing memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, faxes, sorting and distribution of incoming mail.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and request courier services asneeded.
  • Ordering, stocking and tracking of office and kitchen supplies.
  • Ensure office areas are maintained in a tidy, organized, and professional manner.
  • Safety inventory tracking & updating on a monthly basis.
  • Liaise with Property Manager for general property correspondence, managing and coordinating security FOBS and parking passes.
  • Perform adhoc administrative duties as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • High School Diploma
  • You have one to three years of administrative experience.
  • You have a strong focus on customer service with a pleasant phone manner and have the ability to quickly develop working relationships with a broad range of individuals, both internally and externally.
  • You are proficient with the MS Office suite and have moderate to strong skills with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • You have great attention to detail.
  • You have strong timemanagement and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.

  • Work requires light physical exertion, limited visual and/or auditory concentration, manual dexterity and/or strain.
