About the Role:


Reporting to the Director, Strategic Initiatives, the Coordinator is responsible for carrying out various tasks to support all Stakeholders in carrying out initiatives and programs to a desired outcome.


Schedule:
Monday - Friday; Full-Time

Salary:
Salary commensurate with experience

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create monthly reports and dashboards to showcase results and metrics
  • Responsible for group communication and scheduling for meetings, workshops and training sessions
  • Responsible for communicating and reviewing contracts with vendors and suppliers when needed
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Human Resource Department when executing various programs
  • Track and trend KPI's to identify areas of improvement and ROI's
  • Communicate ROI's to Stakeholders on a routine basis
  • Support creation of resource training materials both physical and electronic through editing and design
  • Support stakeholders throughout the creation, implementation and execution of all programs with Strategic Initiatives
  • Remain abreast on industry trends and upcoming areas where strategic initiatives may be required

Qualifications:

  • A degree/diploma in business administration, business management or relevant field is preferred
  • Proven work experience as a project coordinator or similar role is preferred
  • Ability to prepare and interpret flow charts, schedules and step by step action plans
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and timelines
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to organize priorities based on deadlines
  • Excellent presentation and training skills
