**Job/Position Overview**

The Brand (Pianote) Project Manager supports the Brand Content Director by managing the execution for all brand projects including content creation, physical products, marketing initiatives, and special projects.

You will work to connect multiple teams on project details, ensuring that projects are executed accurately and on schedule

**Key Duties**:

- Responsible for the oversight and managing of all brand specific projects
- Collaborate with multiple teams to strategize and execute projects to grow the brand
- Work to optimize existing workflows for the team
- Assist with the creation of content through pre-production documentation, pre-production meetings, and asset gathering/management
- Pre video production alignment through coordinating bookings/studio scheduling
- Post video production alignment by collaborating in Asana boards
- Assist with non-production projects through asset management, discovery, quality assurance, corrections, and proofing
- Manage assets for videos and special projects in terms of sheet music, tracks, graphic downloads, thumbnails, etc.
- Oversee and organize the task management system (Asana)

**Key Qualifications**:
Knowledge/Education/Experience
- 3+ years of Project Management-related experience in a corporate environment.
- Music theory knowledge, with the ability to write, read, and proof notation/sheet music
- Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal)
- 2+ years of experience in music education and knowledge of current/past pedagogy
- Skills, Abilities and Other Attributes_

**What we offer you**:

- $60,000-$70,000 CAD/year, negotiable and depending on experience
- Full-Time and Onsite/Hybrid (this role requires you to be onsite most of the time, though there is some flexibility)
