**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Director, Strategic Initiatives, the Coordinator is responsible for carrying out various tasks to support all Stakeholders in carrying out initiatives and programs to a desired outcome.
**Schedule**: Monday - Friday; Full-Time
**Salary**: Salary commensurate with experience
**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Create monthly reports and dashboards to showcase results and metrics
- Responsible for group communication and scheduling for meetings, workshops and training sessions
- Responsible for communicating and reviewing contracts with vendors and suppliers when needed
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Human Resource Department when executing various programs
- Track and trend KPI's to identify areas of improvement and ROI's
- Communicate ROI's to Stakeholders on a routine basis
- Support creation of resource training materials - both physical and electronic through editing and design
- Support stakeholders throughout the creation, implementation and execution of all programs with Strategic Initiatives
- Remain abreast on industry trends and upcoming areas where strategic initiatives may be required
**Qualifications**:
- A degree/diploma in business administration, business management or relevant field is preferred
- Proven work experience as a project coordinator or similar role is preferred
- Ability to prepare and interpret flow charts, schedules and step by step action plans
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and timelines
- Excellent attention to detail and strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize priorities based on deadlines
- Excellent presentation and training skills
