Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and optimize actionable and measurable lifecycles, campaigns, and adhoc strategies for driving B2B Partners acquisition, conversion, retention and awareness.
  • Work closely with eCRM Manager and Martech Engineer to implement optimizations and automations to drive engagement and improve experiences with Skip.
  • Collaborate with internal business insights to build dashboards that clearly communicate results and progress towards achieving business KPIs to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for data modeling in ESPs (Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze) & the segmentation for all campaigns.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with AOR's, rest of Marketing and cross functional teams including Strategic Partnerships, Campaigns, Growth Verticals, Creative Studio, BI, Insights, Product, Compliance and Legal
  • Have the ability to follow and communicate process to external stakeholders, and suggest process efficiencies
  • At times, assist afterhours to deploy urgent communications such as network outage communications to partners and/or couriers

Recipe for Success:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent professional experience
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years' experience with B2B marketing and using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Proven experience designing and executing A/B tests
  • Experience in marketing automation, creating tailored lifecycle journeys and optimization
  • Understanding of eCommerce (acquisition, retention, conversion, segmentation) & experience in creating tailored user journeys
  • Strong data management and analytical experience including organizing, segmenting, importing, and analyzing large data files, and deriving insights from data
  • You have strong attention to detail and organizational skills, including prioritizing of multiple projects
  • Experience using project management tools, Asana is a bonus
  • You can work well in a fastpaced environment and adapt quickly to change while meeting deadlines
  • Have an agile and proactive approach to executing job responsibilities, prioritizing urgent and important work
  • Basic/Intermediate experience with HTML coding & understanding
  • Bilingual English and French is an asset
  • Positive, 'can do' attitude, with a history of anticipating problems and proactively finding solutions
