**Quelques-unes des tâches**:
En tant que représentant du service à la clientèle, vous êtes responsable de l'expérience client à l'entrée du magasin. Vous faites preuve d'un niveau élevé de sensibilisation envers la clientèle tout en assurant un traitement précis et rapide aux caisses. Vous établissez des liens, partagez vos connaissances et votre enthousiasme, et vous vous associez de manière consultative avec nos clients et autres associés pour leur proposer des solutions qui les aident à atteindre leurs objectifs de travail et d'apprentissage.

**Plus précisément, vous devrez**:

- Être un partenaire dynamique et inspirant pour les clients en leur offrant une expérience exceptionnelle - lors du traitement de tous les types d'achats, de la résolution des opportunités pour les clients et de l'exécution des retours et des échanges. Vous traiterez un large éventail d'achats, y compris achat en ligne, ramassage en succursale (AELRES), les services de ramassage et les commandes spéciales.
- Saisissez l'occasion de proposer aux clients des articles et des services à valeur ajoutée. Établir des liens, partager des connaissances et collaborer avec les clients en leur proposant des programmes/promotions pertinents pour ajouter de la valeur.
- Vous prendrez en charge les caisses enregistreuses, suivrez toutes les mesures de prévention des pertes et veillerez à la propreté et aux normes en magasin des services qui vous sont assignés.
- Approvisionner et entretenir les présentoirs/tablettes du comptoir de caisse ainsi que les zones de marchandisage.
- Veillez à ce qu'un environnement propre et sûr soit toujours présent à votre esprit, en faisant de la sécurité, de celle de vos collègues et de celle de nos clients une priorité absolue.

**Quelques prérequis**:

- Entre trois mois et une année d'expérience connexe, de préférence.
- Expérience éprouvée dans l'atteinte de l'excellence du service à la clientèle.
- Capacité à résoudre les préoccupations des clients de façon diplomatique.
- Capacité à communiquer et à interagir avec les clients de manière efficace et par divers moyens.

**Renseignements supplémentaires**
- Un certain effort physique et la manœuvre d'équipement/machines sont nécessaires pour exécuter nos normes de marchandisage et pour maximiser notre expérience client.
- Vous passerez votre temps à la caisse de l'entrée, inspirant les clients par votre dynamisme, tout en traitant les commandes. Cela implique des mouvements répétitifs et la capacité de se tenir debout et de manipuler les produits pour nos clients.
- Nous aimons que nos associés fassent l'expérience de tout ce que nos clients vivent en magasin. Même si vous êtes généralement à la caisse, nous vous offrons également une formation polyvalente dans de nombreux autres secteurs du magasin.
- Nous vous demanderons également d'effectuer divers quarts de travail dans le secteur de la vente au détail, y compris les soirs et les fins de semaine.
