Located in St Catharines, NatureKast is a manufacturer of fine outdoor Weatherproof Cabinetry and accessories. Working through a dealer network, NatureKast customers are located throughout North America, primarily in the U.S. Our manufacturing facility has approximately 70 highly skilled plant & office employees.

We currently have a **Full-Time** position for a Customer Service Representative.

Reporting to the CSR Manager:

- Be the face and voice of the company through interactions with internal and external customers.
- Act as an internal liaison between the client, the CSR department, and other internal departments.
- Responsible for all customer calls, ensuring prompt and professional responses to their inquiries or concerns.
- Efficiently manage, organize, and process customer orders, to ensure they are fulfilled within the specified time-frame.
- Work collaboratively with external contacts to ensure orders are handled properly and all inquiries are addressed.
- Support customers and sales teams with general and technical product inquiries.
- Effectively address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints by collaborating with the internal team, by employing strong problem-solving skills and by leveraging company resources.
- Other duties as directed.

To be successful in this role, the qualifications needed are:

- Experience in a customer service role.
- Previous experience within a cabinetry setting is an asset.
- Intermediate understanding of computers and computer systems.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Superior attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines and procedures.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Capacity to learn quickly, retain information and be willing to assist in various areas of customer service.
- Willingness to embrace changing priorities.

Rate of pay is $50,000.00

Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
