**We are hiring for a Training Coordinator Role **(Hybrid with base of St Thomas ON office)**:

Training Coordinator will be responsible for preparing learning material for training as well as leading instructor-led training sessions. The Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining the online training website and updating it’s content, as needed. They will also be responsible for additional tasks as set out by their Training Supervisor. There will be some travel outside of Canada involved with this role, about once per business quarter. This role will require regular visits to our St Thomas office, therefore driving distance to the office would be preferred as this role is not a fully remote position.

**Qualifications**:

- 1 - 3 years Experience in delivering in-person training and e-learning training modules
- Proficiency in a relevant learning management system (LMS365)
- Must be able to travel outside of Canada
- Requires great communication skills (written and spoken) in both French and English, Spanish is an asset.
- Great with time management, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Track record of delivering projects on-time
- Able to work independently as well as in collaboration (group settings)
- Experience preferably in the plumbing industry.
- Strong organizational skills

**Required Experience with the following programs**:

- LMS365
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, word, outlook, Teams, Stream, Sharepoint)

**Experience with the following programs considered an asset**:

- JD Edwards
- Salesforce
- Teamcenter
- Clover
- Video Editor software (Movavi Preferred)

**Other Related Duties**:

- Facilitate training to the intended audience ensuring information is understood, including adjustments for literacy levels, languages, and learning styles as appropriate
- Address additional tasks set out by your Training Supervisor
- Support product launch and commercialization activities
- Regularly engage with Rep Agencies/CSRs and promote customer advocacy of Masco Canada

**Administration**:

- Create and Update training modules(e-learning, and instructor-led)
- Assigning training modules to learners for completion within a set time frame
- Maintain site pages: Home page, Course Catalog, Product Announcements, Brands, Documents
- Generate Analytic Reports, as needed (Quiz Reports, Course Reports, User Reports)
- Keeping up to date with new product launches and/or product changes
- Create Training Plans for the different roles/learning levels
- Audit existing teaching materials and course aids and update them as required
- Follow up regularly with the Module Reviewers to ensure they have each approved the training material assigned to them for review

**Educational Requirements**:

- High School Diploma, Post-Secondary degree preferred
