**Parts & Service Sales (Customer Support Rep)**

We're a privately owned heavy equipment machine business consisting of eleven branches that operate throughout every region of British Columbia and the Yukon. We are the Volvo distributor for British Columbia and the Yukon, and our product line also includes Metso crushing and screening equipment, Timberpro feller bunchers, Sennebogen material handlers, and Madill forestry products. The goal of a **Customer Support Representative (CSR) **is to become a consultant for the customer. A successful CSR is actively engaged with the customer, understands the customers business, their needs, and has the product and technical knowledge to offer the right solution at the right time. A CSR will successfully increase sales by maintaining and developing long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
The CSR works closely with the Branch Manager and Corporate Customer Support Manager to develop sales programs and strategies to attain annual budget targets.
