What You'll be Doing:

  • Information Sharing_
  • Proactively liaise with Zone Parts and Service Managers to ensure open communication, through monthly and adhoc communications
  • Provides TCI Management with regular updates related to Field After Sales activities
  • Manage After Sales involvement in supporting Zone initiatives such as (but not limited to) Annual Dealer Review and Objectives setting process, President Program, Dealer/Zone Feedback through regular collaboration with Dealer Standards and Sales Operations department
  • Support Zone Parts and Service Managers to coordinate National Staff to join in appropriate Parts and Service Manager Action Group (PSMAG) meetings
  • Support Parts & Service Dealer Communication Team subcommittee to coordinate messaging, agenda creation, slide deck preparations, dealer concern resolution, minutes of meeting review, etc.


Maintenance Committee_
  • Proactively initiating new model year vehicle maintenance schedules set ups with Product Quality and Service Support and Warranty Claims departments.


Performance Metrics_
  • With direction and guidance from Management, establish objectives for Zone Managers, the Zone Parts and Service Managers and the Area Parts and Service Managers.


Training_
  • Manage all facets of the Area Parts and Service Managers and other Field Staff (Customer Retention Consultants, Field Warranty Consultants, Field Technical Consultants and Service Process Development Consultants) training as a group, including classroom and online courses, as well as training during general Field Staff meetings

What You'll Bring:

  • University Degree/College diploma in Business Administration, Automotive, or related disciplines 5 years of related work experience, preferably in retail and wholesale operations
  • Field experience, specifically as an Area Parts and Service Manager is considered an asset
  • Experience in Parts and/or Warranty Claims areas is considered an asset
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent prioritization, organizational, time management, problem solving, and analytical skills
