This is a Fixed Term contract with a duration of 12 months. This individual is critical to providing high-quality operational support to our restaurants.As part of the role, Day-to-day tasks include managing and supporting several projects, communicating with franchisees, vendors and field support teams.
Project work is cross-functional with a focus on restaurant-level process and equipment solutions that reduce complexity and improve franchisee profitability.
This team member will spend part of their time in restaurants, and our test lab on projects that support our equipment strategy.
Supporting restaurants with high quality resources, procedures, and training to support in-restaurant operational execution.# Testing & Validation Routines:
Conducts detailed lab testing to evaluate the performance of potential new equipment, measures performance, and identifies opportunities for existing equipment.
# Executing and supporting in-restaurant test markets, gathering feedback, conducting analysis, and launching recommendations through observations and data.# Project Management:
Owning and managing key workstreams for new equipment that support Tim Hortons goals and product pipeline. Additionally, supporting several continuous improvement projects with existing equipment to drive restaurant performance.
# Providing excellent support for restaurants and field teams by problem-solving and troubleshooting as required.
# Facilitating development and executing deployment of all equipment menu changes and software upgrades for the system.
Undergraduate Bachelor's Degree (Engineering or Business preferred)
- 2 to 4 years of prior work experience with Project Management and project planning
- Problemsolving, negotiation, and project management skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret data using spreadsheets, data visualization software, etc.
- Honesty, high integrity, personal accountability, and a passion for the success of the brand, the team, and personal career growth
- Projectrelated travel (025%), primarily in continental US & Canada with occasional travel outside North America #TimHortons
