This remote position is open to candidates across Canada and the US in the Central Time Zone. Travel within the USA may be required up to 50%.
What you will be doing:
- Performing implementation tasks, training, and consulting services for customers using inHANCE products.
- Interpreting requirements and configuring systems accordingly.
- Handling implementation support calls and resolving issues promptly.
- Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Coordinating projects and managing tasks efficiently.
- Providing technical support and feedback for product improvement.
- Maintaining product knowledge and staying updated on technologies.
- Managing data conversion processes and ensuring accuracy.
- Documenting work tasks and updating internal systems.
- Offering customer support as needed.
- Performing SQL queries and database-related tasks.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum five years of experience as a software application consultant or implementation specialist.
- Prior training experience with software applications.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows systems.
- Customer service experience is a must.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.

- Background in financial or accounting fields.
- Previous project management experience.
- Understanding of relational databases and SQL Server.
- Experience with data migrations and conversions.
