Job Duties

  • Serve dishes to customers quickly and correctly.
  • Collect dirty dishes, clean the dining tables efficiently and set up the new tables.
  • Prepare the materials, such as food garnishments and eating utensils, used for dish serving.
  • Ensure all the tasks in the opening checklist and closing checklist are completed on time.
  • Record the daily usage of sauce, ingredients, and desserts.
  • Participate in the monthly cleaning and staff meetings.

Qualifications

  • Be positive and able to work at a fast pace and under pressure.
  • Be flexible for working and rotating shifts
  • No prior experience is required, but the related experience is an asset.
