**What will I be doing?**

In addition to ensuring every Guest feels Cared for, Values and Respected, the Brasa Host(ess)/Busser will be responsible for greeting Guests in a prompt and courteous manner while maintaining a professional and pleasant attitude. Upon Guest arrival, the Host(ess)/Busser will ensure that the seat and table selection is to the Guests satisfaction. When accepting reservations, the Host(ess)/Busser will also be responsible for communicating special Guest requests to Management. General knowledge of the menu and responding to Guest inquiries about the restaurant and/or its services will also be required. The Host(ess)/Busser will be expected to settle the bill with our Guests and thank them for choosing to dine with us.

**Experience**
- Previous Host(ess) experience in a fine dining restaurant is an asset

**Skills**

**Requirements**:

- Must be available weekends, long weekends, holidays
- Must be able to complete a Criminal Background Check to the hotel’s satisfaction.
