**What will I be doing?**
In addition to ensuring every Guest feels cared for, values and respected, the Spyce Support Staff will be responsible for greeting Guests in a prompt and courteous manner while maintaining a professional and pleasant attitude. When accepting reservations, the Busser/Host(ess) will be responsible for communicating special Guest requests to Management. The Support Staff ensures the tables are cleared and set as required by the busser/Host(ess)/Supervisor. The Support Staff will assist Servers in all parts of their role with the exception of ordering and delivery of drinks. This Team Member ensures that cutlery is polished and small wares are clean and presentable while also ensuring that sections and side stations are full stocked at all times.
The Support Staff will also be responsible for having general knowledge of the menu and responding to Guest inquiries about the restaurant and/or its services.

**Experience**
- Barback, Host(ess) or Busser experience is an asset
**Skills**

**Requirements**:
- Smart Serve Certified
- Must be available weekends, long weekends, holidays
- Must be able to complete a Criminal Background Check to the hotel’s satisfaction.
