About the job:


In this customer service position, you'll join the customer service team in the Vitasave head office in Burnaby to ensure the customer experience is always a positive one.

Assisting customers with placing orders, rectifying issues, tracking lost packages, and communicating important information to customers are daily tasks.

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Excellent phone and typing skills.
  • Sufficient in computers.
  • Postsecondary education (or currently studying) is recommended.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting customers with phone orders.
  • Rectifying customer issues and order mistakes.
  • Communicating with other departments and team members on concerns related to customer service.
  • Taking part in specific tasks that help our Customer Service team run smoothly.
  • Prioritizing tasks and projects with good time management.
