We are looking for a passionate & driven Business Insights Manager who can work closely with Claims Performance Managers, Actuarial, Data Analytics, business leadership and teams to provide timely and accurate information, insights and reporting to make better decisions with high quality.
Reporting to the VP, Claims, the Business Insights Manager will collaborate with internal business stakeholders (customers) to define and drive business intelligence/management information requirements, leading to insights which will drive performance improvement.

What will you be doing:
- Claims lead on the building of performance, trending, and other reporting tools to drive business decisions within the Claims business unit
- Working closely with internal Claims Business Performance Managers in providing insights into the business and developing action plans arising from these insights
- Creating reports and presentations outlining observations and developing business use case stories and narratives surrounding findings
- Building of knowledge surrounding the Claims business unit and challenging stakeholders on improvement initiatives
- Analyzing available data to drive business insights not readily available to drive better business outcomes
- Participating in Claims Senior Leadership team in managing and improving outcomes in the business.
What will you need to succeed:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, data, or analytics field
- Experience in business analysis, report creation, trend analysis, at a Property Casualty insurer is preferred
- Superior analytical skills with an insatiable desire to probe, question, validate and challenge to ensure accurate and relevant performance indicators are being reported and measured
- Strong personality with proven ability to challenge business stakeholders on analysis and conclusions on expected outcomes
- Proven ability to embrace and lead change, be highly adaptable and flexible, decisive and display excellent judgment
