What you'll be doing:

  • Providing personalized and exceptional Guest service at every given opportunity.
  • Performs telephone answering duties comprising of: arranging appointments, answering inquiries, transferring calls to Spa Concierge Desk, taking and receiving information regarding the Spa facilities.
  • Responds to Guest complaints, requests, referrals and inquiries as required. Refers unsolved situations to Spa Management or General Manager.
  • Performs sales function to promote Spa facility.
  • Performs accounting duties related to credit card approvals for Spa reservations.
  • Processes Spa appointment book consisting of expected arrivals, daily inhouse lists, group rooming lists and occupancy reports.
  • Conducts Spa mailings for brochures, promotions and Spa appointment confirmation letters.
  • Communicates with Spa Receptionists/Supervisors/Manager on a daily basis.
  • Meeting established upselling and sales goals.
  • Having a thorough knowledge of Lais Hotel Properties' products and services.
  • Suggesting additional product and services meeting our Guests' specific preferences.
  • Assessing Guests' individual needs to meet standards for additional products and services.
  • Actively seeking ways to meet Guests' product or service needs.
  • All other duties as assigned.

What You'll bring to the team:

  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Pleasant and professional telephone manner.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • Proven ability to provide excellent Guest service.
  • Previous upselling and/or sales experience is considered an asset.
