Vintage Hotels is seeking a skilled Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team at the Prince of Wales Hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Accommodate special requests whenever possible, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with pre-registration and blocking of reservations as needed.
  • Check out guests regularly, maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of room types, packages, and costs.
  • Liaise with housekeeping and other departments to ensure up-to-date guest room availability.
  • Perform office duties, including mail preparation, cash handling, and key management.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of front desk experience or similar experience preferred.
  • Reliable transportation to Niagara on the Lake.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings and evenings.
